Our Process for Remote Notarization

Prior to Your Appointment

Please refer to the following checklist so that your appointment can proceed as smoothly and quickly as possible.

  • Confirm your time. Is your appointment scheduled? If not, please pick a time here. You will get a Zoom invitation.
  • Video Conferencing Capability. We use Zoom by default, which works with computers and smart phones. Can’t use Zoom? We can also use Skype and Google Hangouts.
  • Official Photo Identification. For verification purposes.
  • Document(s) to be Notarized. You can scan and email these documents in advance to admin@notaryheroes.com. Doing this will speed up your appointment. You can also send them to us during our conference. We only need the pages that we need signatures. Full document scans are encouraged but not required.
What To Expect During Your Appointment
  • Connect to your Video Conference Call. Your notary will be waiting for you!
  • Confirmation of Documents. We will ensure that we have all the relevant paperwork for notarization.
  • Verification of Identity. We will ask you to present your official identification.
  • Verification of Location. You will be required to attest that you are in the State of New York.
  • Notarization of Document(s). We will notarize your document(s) and present the completed notarizations.
  • Payment. Upon payment confirmation, we will send back the notarized document(s). We currently accept Venmo and Paypal.
